The Ebbco one cu. yd. Sludge Hopper is designed to capture up to 2000 lb. of stone sludge. Discharged Sludge from the cyclone system is collected into the Sludge Hopper Bag. The stone sludge settles to the bottom of the bag and begins to de-water itself. The excess fluid that is purged into the Sludge Hopper flows out of the collection bag and decants directly into a settling weir. The Sludge Hopper is constructed from 1/4" carbon steel plate painted with epoxy.
